Georges TISMA
Chairman - Member of the Executive Committee - CIO
Georges founded GVA Associés SA in 2012. He has chaired the Board of Directors since its foundation. In 2022, he is appointed CIO and member of the Executive Committee.
Georges is a graduate in Economics from the University of Geneva and has over 22 years’ banking experience in the fields of credit, foreign exchange and investment consulting. For 15 years, he worked in wealth management, notably as head of a management group dedicated to high-net-worth private clients (HNWI), with the title of Executive Director, at UBS SA. Since 2010, he has been active as an independent asset manager.

Pascal SIERRO
Board Member - Member of the Executive Committee - CEO
Pascal joins GVA Associés SA in 2021, initially as Managing Director. In 2022, he is appointed CEO and member of the Executive Committee.
Pascal holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne. After passing his admission to the Bar of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, he worked for the Geneva Stock Exchange before joining the banking world, where he acquired extensive experience in credit, wealth management and asset engineering. For 14 years, his banking career led him to various positions, including Branch Manager and Managing Director at Credit Suisse SA. From 2002 to 2021, he worked as an independent asset manager in Switzerland and Singapore.

Dominique ZINNER
Independent Board Member
Dominique is an independent Board Member of GVA Associés SA since 2022.
Dominique has had a remarkable career in private banking. With a law degree from the University of Geneva, he began his banking career at UBS, where he perfected his training, then climbed the ranks of the major Swiss bank one by one to reach the position of Executive Director and Head of Private Banking Clients for Western Europe at UBS Geneva. In 2008, he joined Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild SA in Geneva, where he was in charge of Western European clients until his retirement in 2018.

Philippe SZOSTAKIEWICZ
Member of the Executive Committee - Head Portfolio Management & Trading
Philippe joins GVA Associés SA in 2012. In 2022, he is appointed Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management & Trading. In 2024, he becomes a member of the Executive Committee.
With a degree in Sports Science from the University of Lausanne, Philippe joined UBS SA’s Graduate Training Program in 2006. After completing his training and obtaining his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certificate, he acquired solid experience in investment consulting with UBS’s High Net Worth Individuals group in Geneva. In 2010, he was hired by an independent asset manager and in 2012 by GVA Associés SA which entrusted him with the company’s bond management as well as the management of part of the discretionary mandates.

Florian BRUNNER
Director - Senior Portfolio Manager
Florian joins GVA Associés SA in 2023 as Senior Portfolio Manager and Deputy Head Portfolio Management & Trading.
Florian holds a degree in Economics from HEC, University of Geneva. He joined UBS SA’s Graduate Training Program in 2005. After completing his training, he spent 9 years acquiring solid experience in the wealth management field, taking on a number of roles, including that of senior advisor to French and European high-net-worth clients (HNWI). In 2014, he joined Berney Associés SA, a fiduciary company, as a wealth advisor, before joining Credit Suisse SA, Geneva, in 2017, as Executive Director in charge of Swiss high-net-worth clients (HNWI).

Bruno FLORIS
Wealth Manager
Bruno joins GVA Associés SA in 2017 as Wealth Manager, in charge of the development and management of private clients, mainly Italian.
Bruno holds a Maîtrise ès Sciences Economiques and a D.E.A in finance from the Université de Paris I, Panthéon Sorbonne. He joined Union de Banques Suisses SA in 1984. After training in Lausanne and Zurich, he spent 12 years acquiring solid experience in wealth management, holding various positions in Monaco and Geneva, with the rank of Associate Director. In 1996, he joined Crédit Suisse SA in Geneva for 21 years, where until 2017 he was in charge of the wealth management department dedicated to Italian private clients, with the title of Managing Director.

Jean-Marc L’HER
Wealth Manager
Jean-Marc joins GVA Associés SA in 2023 as Wealth Manager, responsible for the development and management of private clients, mainly French, Belgian and Swiss.
Jean-Marc holds a degree in Economics from HEC, University of Lausanne. He began his banking training at Union de Banques Suisse SA in Zurich and Lausanne in 1985 and subsequently worked as a financial analyst. In 1989, he joined Crédit Agricole in Geneva (formerly Crédit Lyonnais), where he began a 26-year banking career that took him from junior manager to member of the Private Banking Executive Committee in charge of French-speaking clients. In 2015, he joined Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild SA in Geneva where, as a member of the Executive Committee, he has been responsible for the European private banking market until 2023.

Jean-Philippe MOLLARD
Senior Portfolio Manager
Jean-Philippe joins GVA Associés SA in 2012 as Senior Portfolio Manager.
With a degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg, Jean-Philippe began banking training at Société de Banque Suisse SA in Geneva in 1973, specializing in portfolio management and the stock market. Over the next 36 years of his career, Jean-Philippe held a wide range of positions in portfolio management and investment consulting until his retirement in 2009. In particular, he was in charge of the Advisory service for private clients at UBS Geneva, with the title of Executive Director.

Juan MORENO
Wealth Manager
Juan joins GVA Associés SA in 2023 as Wealth Manager, responsible for the development and management of private clients, mainly French and Swiss.
After completing his banking apprenticeship with Banque Vaudoise de Crédit, Juan joined Société de Banque Suisse SA Lausanne in 1989, where he obtained his “maîtrise bancaire”. In 1993, he became a client advisor for South American clients. In 1995, he was sent to the Caracas representative office, where he stayed for 4 years. On his return and following the SBS-UBS merger, he became client advisor for the French market at UBS Geneva, with the rank of Executive Director. In 2015, he joined Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild SA in Geneva as Managing Director. For 8 years, he advised French-speaking private clients in Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Morocco.

Marie-José PADIN-MOSQUERA
Executive Assistant
Marie-José joins GVA Associés SA in 2012 as Executive Assistant. In 2022, she was appointed responsible for the Central Register.
Marie-José graduated in 1990 from the Geneva School of Commerce. She began her career in the retail sector, where she acquired solid experience in administration and finance. As an assistant in the treasury and finance department of a trading company, she was responsible for cash management, in particular the company’s Euroclear positions. In 1996, she joined an independent asset manager, where she was in charge of customer relations administration, such as opening banking relationships, drawing up anti-money laundering files and executing stock market orders, as well as invoicing and supplier management.

Giuseppe TORRISI
Portfolio Manager Assistant
Giuseppe joins GVA Associés SA in 2018 as Porfolio Manager Assistant.
Giuseppe spent his entire career with Credit Suisse SA in Geneva. After completing his banking apprenticeship, he joined the general accounting department in 1973 and then worked continuously until his retirement in 2018 in a variety of customer advisory positions: local and international customers, commercial and private clients, either in the fields of lending and investment advice. Giuseppe spent most of his career with the branches in the Geneva area, where he acquired extensive know-how as a universal banker. He ended his career at Credit Suisse SA as Director, responsible for private clients at the Champel branch.
