Ombudsman
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from the Mandate between any Client and GVA Associés SA must be submitted by means of a written complaint to the Company in an attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If no solution is found, the Customer has the option of resorting to mediation by contacting the Ombudsman to which GVA Associés SA is affiliated. The contact details of the Ombudsman are as follows:
